Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Manager at FITZ YOU. The Talent Manager will be responsible for developing talent within the organisation - you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our talent’s careers. You’ll be at the forefront of their journey, managing everything from brand partnerships to social media strategies, all while enhancing their visibility and industry presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance engagement, expand reach, and grow followings.
Brand/PR Relationships, and Partnership Negotiations: Cultivate meaningful partnerships with brands, PR agencies, and industry professionals to elevate talent’s opportunities, and handle business aspects of brand collaborations, ensuring favorable terms and outcomes.
Calendar and Logistics Management: Keep talent schedules organised ensuring efficient time management, and coordinate travel, events, and meetings, allowing them to focus on creating outstanding content.
Client Acquisition & Networking: Identify and onboard new talent with strong potential while expanding and nurturing relationships with brands, PR agencies, and industry contacts to facilitate exciting, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Research & Outreach: Conduct research on potential brand collaborations and industry trends, helping to identify new opportunities for our talent.
Event Opportunities: Stay informed about key industry events and trends, actively seeking out and proposing opportunities for our talent to attend and elevate their presence.
Talent Development and Client Retention: Strategise, provide guidance and support current and future talent, with their profiling, career progression and partnership growth and opportunities to maximise their growth.
Project Support: Assist with photoshoots, events, activations and red carpet appearances as needed.
Performance management: Track talent performance to maintain alignment.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years in Talent Management, Public Relations, Talent Assisting, or a related role.
In-depth understanding of the entertainment, social media, and influencer landscape.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Strong organisational abilities, with experience managing multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel and email platforms, with excellent administrative abilities.
Team player, with a collaborative mindset, eager to support the team and learn from others, and a proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and propose ideas confidently.
A proven ability and track record to secure partnerships and manage brand collaborations successfully.
Ability to work both independently and remotely while staying organised, and ability to work in a hybrid setting.
An existing network within the influencer, brand, or PR industry is highly desirable.
Talent Development and Performance Management expertise is a plus.
Background in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
Experience in performance evaluation is advantageous.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Talent Manager to support the development and management of our talent, handling a range of tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. While previous experience in talent management, social media, or admin roles is a plus, it is not essential - we value a proactive attitude, a passion for the industry, and a willingness to learn above all.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Support: Assist in planning and scheduling content, tracking performance, and brainstorming ideas to enhance engagement and grow followings.
Brand/PR Relationships and Partnership Negotiations: Support the Talent Manager in maintaining and organising contacts with brands, PR agencies, and industry professionals. Also help to support partnership negotiations, assist in managing brand collaborations, including liaising with clients, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Calendar and Logistics Management: Keep talent schedules organised ensuring efficient time management, and coordinate travel, events, and meetings, allowing them to focus on creating outstanding content.
Client Acquisition: Identify new talent with strong potential.
Research & Outreach: Conduct research on potential brand collaborations and industry trends, helping to identify new opportunities for our talent.
Event Opportunities: Stay informed about key industry events and trends, actively seeking out and proposing opportunities for our talent to attend and elevate their presence. Assist with coordinating and preparing for these events, photoshoots, and activations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Administrative Tasks: Handle emails, back office admin and organisational tasks to support the Talent Manager effectively.
Logistical Support: Provide assistance during photoshoots, events, and red carpet appearances as needed.
Gifting Seeding: Help liaise and manage any gifting opportunities for our talent.
Qualifications and Experience:
While previous experience in talent management, social media, or admin roles is a plus, it is not essential - we value a proactive attitude, a genuine interest in the influencer landscape, social media trends, and content creation, and a willingness to learn above all.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft emails and communicate professionally.
Strong organisational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively, and manage various admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in tools, basic knowledge of excel, email platforms, and social media tools.
Team player, with a collaborative mindset, eager to support the team and learn from others, and a proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and propose ideas confidently.
Attention to detail, careful with administrative tasks and able to spot errors or potential improvements.
